HungerGamesAddict Well, my father works for a company that makes solar panels, so he takes a part in making a difference. My mom reuses water-bodles for planting her plants and vegetables. I go around my school and I pick up trash that other students throw onto the ground. Shade-grown coffee uses a techinique that allows the coffee plants to be grown underneath the shade of a tall canopy. Lawrence Lin Met Commander Mark Polansky, at a Conference in Beijing. He is one of the 500 people who went to space, he talked a lot about how does Earth looks like to him from a totally different view. Also went to a workshop about LED Lighting saving energy, and a workshop about global warming, which had totally different point of view compare to me. =) Like It (2)

Joshua Fritch I am a vegiterian (to reduce my carbon and water footprnt), wildlife rehabilitator, I reclyle and compost for our garden, volunteer for tree planting and park restoration projects. Dorian Rammer In Austria, in March 2007, the Council of Ministers decided the Austrian climate strategy. It specifies how by promoting renewable energy and climate protection targets of the Kyoto Protocol will be achieved by 2012. While there were already about 2 / 3 of electricity from hydropower electricity from renewable energy to make up to 2010 quota 78 percent. We want to increase the percentage of ecological current up to 10 percent by 2010. Implementation is responsible for the Ministry with the support of the German Federal Environmental Agency. On 2 May 2007 the Austrian Council of Ministers has decided the new climate fund. It will be 500 million euro. Objectives of the climate fund are promote activation of public transport as innovative company research and contribute to market introduction of climate-related technologies. Notable initiatives and organizations relating to the Austrian climate policy are also the climate organization `climate:active`, an initiative of the Ministry of life, the impetus for supply and demand should be for climate-friendly technologies and services; the `Austrian climate Advisory Board Austrian Council on climate change` (ACCC), which presents itself as an information portal of national and international climate policy and research; the `Climate Alliance Austria`, the Austrian branch of an Association of European cities and towns to the support of indigenous peoples.
